Utilizing remote helpdesk computer support, KCS can log into your computer from anywhere in the world and fix your problems remotely! Your don't have to install software, purchase licenses, or learn complex procedures.

1. Left Click on the helpdesk.exe link below under the Download section.
2. Click the Run button on the File Download window.
3. Click Run on the Internet Explorer window stating "The publisher could not be verified..."
4. (Optional if running Vista Operation System) Click Allow.
5. Click the Connect to operator button on the HelpDesk Client window.
