Spatial Equalization Analyst© is an ESRI ArcEngine application built on the latest technology utilizing the ArcObjects development platform.  SEA has been designed as an extension to enhance the Appraisal Equalization Analyst© application through a spatial environment.

Working in conjunction with AEA, this extension allows a user to quickly access CAMA data needed for appraisal evaluation purposes through defining query parameters such as dates, use on sales, time adjustment, etc...  This add-in program presents a visual sales and comparative analysisdisplay while providing valuable statistical calculations in a timely fashion.
